On March 10, the enlarged fifth meeting of the seventh council and the ninth standing council meeting of the seventh term of the China Chemical Fibers Association (CCFA) were held in Shanghai. Xu Kunyuan, former Vice President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC), Duan Xiaoping, Vice President of CNTAC, and Chen Xinwei, President of CCFA, attended, together with nearly 170 participants including the association’s vice presidents, standing council members and council members, entrepreneurs and experts from member companies, and journalists. Chen Xinwei presided over the meeting. Zhou Xinji, Chairman of XINGI TECH, attended the meeting upon invitation.
At the meeting, XINGI TECH, for its outstanding performance in the scientific and technological development of China’s chemical fiber industry in 2024, was recommended by the secretariat as a 2024 Advanced Enterprise in Scientific and Technological Progress of CCFA and was commended in a circulated notice. In addition, the meeting released the “Preliminary Ranking List of China’s Chemical Fiber Industry Output for 2024”, on which XINGI TECH retained first place in the preliminary ranking of China’s ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) output. The official ranking will be based on data from January to December 2024 and will be released in June 2025.
