The one-year Star Power Program of XINGI TECH, a project to improve both the quality and capability of the company’s talent, concluded successfully recently. The Star Power Program training class opened on March 24, 2024. After 12 months of intensive training and in-depth exploration of 15 core courses, from the technological frontier of High-Performance Fiber Forming Technology to the practical simulation of the Strategic Management and Execution Sandbox Course, and from the exchange of ideas in High-EQ Communication to the deepened understanding of After-Action Review: Turning Knowledge and Experience into Capability, every course brought the trainees fresh intellectual inspiration and a renewal of spirit. At the closing ceremony, a review video of the training was played, the eight groups each presented their closing project reports, and the best trainees and best projects were selected. Liu Xu and Yang Tao won the third prize for best trainees, Yu Rongrong won the second prize, and Ge Shouhui won the first prize. The seventh group won the Best Project Report Award, and certificates of completion were also issued at the ceremony.

Chairman Zhou Xinji delivered the closing remarks. He pointed out that this Star Power Program training was a major event in the company’s talent development program and also a major event in the history of the company’s development. Science and technology are advancing by the day, and only by strengthening learning and closing gaps in knowledge can one meet the needs of the times. Achievement in work comes from achievement in learning. Over the past year, Jicui Fiber tailored for us high-quality courses suited to the development needs of the company and its team members; Academician Zhu Meifang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech, and eight experts and professors taught our trainees. Such a large lineup and high caliber is unprecedented in the company’s history.

Chairman Zhou stressed that graduation is not an end, but the starting point of a new journey. He raised three expectations for all trainees. First, apply what has been learned and unite knowledge with action. All trainees should turn what they learned in training into a strong driving force for their practical work, be bold in innovation and tackle difficulties in their posts, and become the backbone of the company’s development. Second, keep learning and grow for life. In an era of accelerating knowledge renewal, only by maintaining an empty-cup mindset, actively strengthening learning, embracing change and keeping pace with the times can all trainees remain invincible in competition. Third, hold responsibility in mind and step up to it. All trainees should keep the company’s vision and mission in mind, hold themselves to higher standards and stricter requirements, spread positive energy within their teams, and become practitioners that drive the company’s high-quality development.
Chairman Zhou pointed out that taking part in the Star Power Program training class meant not only the accumulation of knowledge, but also the deepening of friendship. He hoped that all trainees would cherish this friendship, help each other and move forward together in their future work, and shine in their respective posts with greater confidence.
Star Power: sustained momentum, never stopping.
