Pulling Together Toward the Future: XINGI TECH's 2025 Outward-Bound Program for Young Backbones and New Graduate Recruits

To strengthen exchanges among young employees and help new hires integrate quickly into the team, XINGI TECH organized more than 50 young backbones and newly recruited university graduates on 27 April for an outward-bound program themed “Pulling Together Toward the Future” on Kaisha Island in Nantong. The program featured two main threads—teamwork and industrial culture experience—and used varied activities such as a fun relay, joint tower building and team Monopoly to promote collaboration between new and veteran employees.
The event was held at the Kaisha Island Tourist Resort in Nantong, which offers complete facilities, a full range of functions, beautiful scenery and attentive service. The program began with light-hearted icebreaker games led by a coach, which quickly broke down barriers. Participants were randomly divided into four energetic teams, and each team pooled ideas to design creative team names, slogans and emblems, instantly igniting the atmosphere. Games such as the fun relay and joint tower building then followed one after another, and members built up a “team fund” for their squads through close coordination, amid laughter and cheers that quickly brought team members closer. The highlight of the event, team Monopoly, then pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Using the funds they had accumulated, the teams advanced on a simulated map by rolling dice and completed tasks such as challenge duels, physical challenges and name-that-tune to compete for “real estate” and “resources”. With clear divisions of labor, the teams produced surprising comebacks and dramatic counterattacks, fully demonstrating the power and wisdom of teamwork.

The afternoon program continued around team competition. Through the message relay, dynamic ball bouncing, obstacle relay and joint ball carrying, the groups established effective ways to share information and demonstrated smooth coordination and a fighting spirit. Cheers and shouts of encouragement rose and fell across the field, and through competition everyone came to deeply appreciate the idea that “there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team”.
In the evening, the team visited what is known as “the No. 1 Town of China’s Modern Industrial Heritage”—Tangzha Ancient Town, to experience the development of Nantong’s modern industrial civilization. As the starting point of Zhang Jian’s effort to save the nation through industry, every grey brick of Tangzha Ancient Town bears the genes of national industry, lending this team-building event a distinctive historical depth. As the setting sun gilded the clock tower of Tangzha, the team took a group photo at Dasheng Wharf, bringing the trip to a successful conclusion.

The program allowed employees to relax after intense work. Through interactive competition they deepened mutual understanding and trust, strengthened the team philosophy of “win-win and sharing”, and drew experience and wisdom from Nantong’s modern industrialization process. In the future, XINGI TECH will continue to use innovative activities as a vehicle to build a more cohesive team and, with the vitality of youth, embark together on a new journey of high-quality corporate development!
