Company holds 2025 meeting between senior executives and newly recruited university graduates under the theme “Set Sail on a New Journey, Create the Future Together”
On 20 September 2025, the company held its 2025 meeting between senior executives and newly recruited university graduates in the meeting room on the 7th floor of its headquarters. Chairman Zhou Xinji and other senior company leaders attended the meeting.2025 was the year with the largest number of university graduates recruited since the company was founded, with 48 graduates from 24 higher education institutions joining the company’s production, marketing, research and development and management teams. Of the 48, 27 were male and 21 female; 32 held master’s degrees and 16 bachelor’s degrees; and by tier of institution, 2 came from Project 985 universities, 13 from Project 211 universities, 1 from a Double First-Class university and 32 from ordinary universities. At the meeting, the 48 graduates first reported on what they had learned at work since joining the company and their plans for future development. The company leaders present then shared their own growth experiences and lessons, and advised the graduates that today’s success is earned by yesterday’s hard work and sweat, and that there are no shortcuts on the road to success—only steady, step-by-step progress forged with sweat and persistence. Today’s achievements come from accumulated tempering and continuous self-transcendence; as a new employee, one must endure solitude and withstand pressure, draw wisdom from failure and temper one’s will through challenges. Only by keeping one’s feet on the ground can one build deep reserves and release them, and finally reach the far shore of one’s dreams. At the meeting, Chairman Zhou Xinji delivered an important speech. He gave a detailed introduction to the company’s profile, its current production and operations and its future prospects, noting that the company offers a large stage, generous room for graduates to make their mark and many opportunities for growth. Chairman Zhou stressed that a company’s development cannot be separated from talent, and that for an enterprise to cut through obstacles and stand at the forefront amid fierce competition it needs a talent team that is loyal to the enterprise, brave in striving, bold in innovating, outstanding in ability and selfless in dedication. It is precisely because batch after batch of outstanding people have striven in their posts, sweated and given full play to their talents that XINGI TECH has achieved what it has today. Looking ahead, to build a century-old enterprise, the company must continue to rely on and be driven by talent.Chairman Zhou set out four requirements for the newly recruited graduates. First, keep learning—study diligently, think carefully and unite knowledge with action. Learning is the fundamental driving force for the sustained development of both individuals and the company. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would always maintain a “zero-based mindset” and treat learning as a lifelong habit and a professional attitude. Knowledge gained at university is an important foundation, but in the face of a rapidly changing market environment and technological transformation, only by constantly updating knowledge and improving skills can one keep pace with the times. They should keep their feet on the ground, reject impatience, start from the basics and grow through practical work; take the initiative to go to the front line of production and operations and learn from practice; consult senior colleagues modestly and learn from experience; keep abreast of industry frontiers and learn from benchmarks; and be good at reviewing and summarizing so as to learn from the past. They should truly identify with the corporate culture—not merely joining the company, but embracing it wholeheartedly. The company will provide graduates with abundant training resources and growth platforms, but it expects them to be self-driven, to turn learning ability into real productivity, to become genuine experts who understand technology and are proficient in their profession, to lay a solid foundation for their careers and to bring a steady stream of wisdom and vitality to the company. Second, be good at innovating—dare to break and to establish, and seek change and renewal. Innovation is the core engine for a company to maintain its competitive edge and achieve leapfrog development. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would dare to break with tradition and put forward new ideas, adhere to a results-oriented approach, focus on value creation and prove themselves with solid results. Young people should not be bound by established thinking and processes, but should be brave enough to break the conventional and dare to raise questions. They should always maintain keen insight and be good at identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in their daily work; they should think critically and not be satisfied with “this is how it has always been done,” but ask more often “why can’t it be better”; they should dare to try and not fear mistakes, turning novel ideas into concrete actions and feasible plans. The company encourages a culture of creativity and will support valuable exploration. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would start from small things and continuously optimize working methods, improve workflows and even innovate business models, using their youthful wisdom and fresh perspective to inject strong innovative momentum into the company’s future development. Third, unite in sincerity—work with one heart and one mind and join forces for win-win results. Success in a modern enterprise never comes from fighting alone, but is the result of teamwork.“United in sincerity” requires a strong team spirit and outstanding collaborative ability, Chairman Zhou stressed, because an individual’s value can be shown to the greatest extent only within a collective. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would actively integrate into the team and engage in open, candid and effective communication; learn to appreciate their peers’ strengths, respect each other’s differences and put themselves in others’ shoes; be willing to share knowledge and experience, help one another and grow together; and, when facing challenges and tasks, cooperate closely, strengthen collaboration and form a joint force, contributing their energy within the team and striving for shared goals. They should bear in mind that the honour of success belongs to the collective and that responsibility for setbacks is also shared by all. Only in this way can the company build a steel-like team with strong cohesion and fighting power that is invincible. Fourth, be proactive—take the initiative to shoulder responsibility and strive for achievement. Proactiveness is an inner driving force and a life attitude of never admitting defeat and pursuing excellence. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would abandon the “lying flat” mindset and, from the very beginning, set lofty career ideals and clear development goals and pursue them with unremitting effort. They should act on their own initiative instead of waiting for instructions, actively seeking out and creating value; dare to take responsibility, meet challenges and regard difficulties as opportunities to temper themselves; and always maintain high morale and enthusiasm, pursuing perfection and excellence in their work. At the same time, being proactive also means never being satisfied with the status quo, constantly setting higher goals for oneself and actively seeking breakthroughs and growth. The company will provide a broad stage for strivers who are ambitious, willing to work hard and have delivered results. Chairman Zhou looked forward to the graduates growing together with the company in the role of owners and creating brilliance together.Chairman Zhou stressed that on the road of one’s career, virtue is the foundation and passion is the driving force. He hoped the graduates would uphold integrity and honesty, abide by professional norms and company rules, always maintain enthusiasm for striving, actively embrace change and continuously improve themselves through challenges.Chairman Zhou promised that the company would attach great importance to talent development and make every effort to provide graduates with a more complete training mechanism, a fair competitive environment, a broad development platform and smooth communication channels. Finally, Chairman Zhou stressed that youth shines through striving and life is elevated through effort. The graduates are living in a great era and have joined an enterprise that has dreams and a sense of responsibility—the timing is right and the moment is right, which is both an opportunity and an honourable mission. Chairman Zhou hoped the graduates would integrate into the team as soon as possible, make a steady start, take on heavy responsibilities, resonate with the company and grow together with it, writing a splendid chapter with wisdom and sweat that is worthy of the era and of their youth.
