On 1 January 2026, the 2025 Annual Business Meeting of XINGI TECH Co., Ltd. was held at the company’s headquarters building. The meeting also reviewed and approved the 2026 Policies and Objectives of XINGI TECH Co., Ltd., defining core directions such as technology-driven development, deep market cultivation, and management efficiency improvement. Its guiding principles clearly anchored the development path: led by high-end technology, with a focus on frontier breakthroughs and independent innovation; supported by intelligent production and lean management, to advance digital transformation and efficiency gains; actively promoting diversified applications, expanding the product ecosystem, accelerating the pace of market internationalization, deepening the global layout, and building a globally influential brand; and practicing green development to lead the company toward high-quality, sustainable growth, thereby setting strategic coordinates for the year’s development. In addition, the meeting set out arrangements for major production and operation matters in 2026, covering organizational and personnel matters and performance incentives, providing a concrete framework for the implementation of all work.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Zhou Xinji elaborated on the company’s development path from both macro and micro perspectives.
