On the afternoon of February 8, 2026, the fourth session of XINGI TECH’s first Employees’ Congress and the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference were held in the fourth-floor conference hall. All company leaders, employee representatives, and the chief employees, lifetime chief employees, and outstanding team leaders commended for 2025 attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Shao Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union.
The meeting had five agenda items. General Manager Zhu Jianjun delivered the 2025 administrative work report to the congress on behalf of the company’s management; Trade Union Chairman Shao Haiquan presented a report on the implementation of the 2025 collective contract and the amendments for 2026; General Manager Zhu Jianjun read out the 2025 commendation decisions; and Chairman Zhou Xinji gave an important speech. He stressed four points: first, conduct a thorough review and clearly discern the current situation, anchoring a steady and enduring development course amid the industry’s tides; second, discern trends and stay true to our original aspirations, grasping the essentials of principled and diligent development amid the changes of the times; third, make systematic arrangements and take precise measures, building the foundation of future-oriented capabilities through innovation and breakthroughs; and fourth, pool our strengths and advance together, opening a new journey of high-quality development through sustained effort. Finally, the congress voted to adopt the resolution of this session.Afterwards, the conference held a grand award ceremony for the advanced collectives and individuals of 2025. The commended individuals and representatives of the honored collectives took the stage in turn to receive their awards. In between, carefully arranged artistic performances and a lucky draw were interspersed, and the lively atmosphere brought the award ceremony to a climax.The meeting called on all cadres and employees to take the commended role models as examples, translate the spirit of the conference into strong momentum for their work, and devote themselves to the tasks of 2026 with greater enthusiasm, higher morale, and a more pragmatic work style. They were urged to thoroughly grasp the spirit of Chairman Zhou Xinji’s important speech, focus on the company’s annual goals and tasks, concentrate on innovation-driven development, deepening reform, and improving quality and efficiency, take responsibility and overcome difficulties in their respective positions, and contribute their wisdom and strength to XINGI TECH’s higher-quality development in the new year, jointly writing a new chapter in the company’s growth.
