With the arrival of spring, XINGI TECH’s trade union launched a holiday care initiative ahead of the 116th International Women’s Day, distributing customized gift packages to all female employees on staff and bringing the company’s care and greetings to each of them.
The holiday packages included an iris-patterned custom tote bag printed with the company logo, a dedicated holiday card, and a hand cream set, combining practicality with a sense of occasion. Departments adopted a range of formats suited to their own operations, such as centralized distribution and gift-giving at workstations. Trade union staff handed the gifts directly to the female employees, and the atmosphere on site was relaxed and warm, with smiles on every face and many employees saying they felt the company’s thoughtfulness and warmth.The initiative reached all more than 700 female employees across the company, effectively conveying the company’s people-oriented culture, further strengthening team cohesion, and fostering a warm and harmonious corporate atmosphere.
