In accordance with the requirements of the notice issued by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on recommending and selecting the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial May 1 Labor Award, Jiangsu Provincial Worker Pioneer titles and Jiangsu Provincial May 1 Female Pacesetters (Su Gong Ban [2025] No. 36), and following recommendation by the county Federation of Trade Unions and review and public announcement by the municipal and provincial Federations of Trade Unions, the XINGI TECH Production Department was awarded the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial Worker Pioneer title. On 28 April, the department received the commendation from the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee and the Nantong Municipal People’s Government.
In recent years, the Production Department has studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in depth, and has consistently treated the improvement of employees’ overall quality as the fundamental guarantee for steady, long-term progress. It places work safety above all else, implements a whole-staff work safety responsibility system, builds a tight and solid safety defense line and raises the company’s intrinsic safety level.
