On 23 March, the county-wide conference on advancing new industrialization and mobilizing for the “Year of Accelerated Innovation and Transformation” was held in the report hall of the County Administrative Center. Chen Huiyu, Secretary of the County Party Committee, attended the conference and delivered a speech, stressing the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on new industrialization and the spirit of his important speech when participating in the deliberation of the Jiangsu delegation, to fully implement the provincial and municipal requirements for advancing new industrialization, to unswervingly follow the path of new industrialization, to continue advancing innovation and transformation and to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces, so as to provide solid support for continuously opening up new prospects for Rudong’s high-quality development. The conference was chaired by Chen Lei, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor.
The conference presented plaques to representatives of enterprises newly brought above designated size through large-enterprise cultivation in 2023, national specialized and sophisticated SMEs and Manufacturing Single Champion enterprises, advanced enterprises in informatization, the first Top Ten Scientific and Innovation Projects, and enterprises recognized as high-tech enterprises for the first time in 2023. XINGI TECH received the honorary plaque of the “2023 Top Ten Scientific Research and Innovation Projects” at the event. The conference also awarded plaques for outstanding work in town and district industrial economy and scientific and technological innovation in 2023, and explained the implementation plan for the “Year of Accelerated Innovation and Transformation” and the policies incentivizing scientific and technological innovation. The County Development and Reform Commission, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Rudong Economic Development Zone (High-tech Zone), Zhongtian Technology and Jiatong Energy delivered exchange speeches.
