On the morning of the 19th, Chen Lei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Rudong County Committee and County Mayor, led a delegation to Jiangsu XINGI TECH New Material Co., Ltd. to inspect the progress of major projects. Zhou Xinji, Chairman of XINGI TECH, and Zhu Jianjun, General Manager, received the delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit. Feng Shao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Rudong County Committee, Executive Deputy County Mayor and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yangkougang Economic Development Zone; Li Liu, Deputy County Mayor; and heads of the relevant units of the county and the zone took part in the activity.
The delegation inspected the project construction site and the workshops that have been completed and put into production, learning in detail about project construction, equipment installation and production management. Afterwards, they held a discussion in the conference room and put forward specific comments and suggestions on the difficulties and problems encountered during project construction.
Chen Lei noted that XINGI TECH New Material had closely coordinated and reasonably arranged all stages — workshop commissioning, equipment installation and new plant construction — and was steadily and orderly implementing the project plan, and that the efficiency and quality of the related work deserved recognition and praise. He stressed that, at the start of the new year, enterprises must keep safety first in both construction and production management, firmly grasp and implement all aspects of management, and strive to achieve full production capacity at an early date, adding further momentum to the Rudong new materials industrial chain and the local economy. He expressed the hope that XINGI TECH, as a renowned enterprise in the industry, and Chairman Zhou Xinji, as a prominent figure in the community, would give fuller play to their advantages and attract and introduce upstream and downstream enterprises and entrepreneurs in the industry to Rudong for inspection and investment, jointly advancing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber industry in Rudong to become bigger and stronger and turning it into a bright calling card for local economic development.
