On the afternoon of 30 January 2024, the second session of the first XINGI TECH Employees’ Congress and the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference were successfully held in the conference hall on the third floor. All company leaders, employee representatives, and the 2023 Chief Employees, Lifetime Chief Employees and Outstanding Team Leaders honored at the conference attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhu Jianjun, member of the CPC Party Committee and General Manager, delivered the 2023 administrative work report to the congress on behalf of the company’s management. Shao Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee and Chairman of the trade union, presented a report on the implementation of the 2023 collective contract and the amendments for 2024. Zhou Xinji, Secretary of the CPC Party Committee and Chairman, gave an important speech in which he stressed four points: first, uphold conviction and plan deeply and with a long view, pooling greater strength to ensure that the company’s development strategy takes root and holds steady; second, seek change and embrace change, pursuing shared consultation and shared success, and opening up ever broader space for the company’s development with more solid measures; third, tap internal potential and take root at the grassroots, advancing internal management reform with greater resolve so that it delivers real results; fourth, strengthen compliance and control risks, keeping the company’s path to capital market financing steady and solid by stricter standards. Finally, the congress voted to adopt the relevant resolutions.
In addition, the congress held a grand award ceremony for the 2023 outstanding individuals and groups. The honored individuals and the heads of the honored groups came on stage one after another to receive their awards, while excellent performances and lucky draws were interspersed, bringing the atmosphere of the award ceremony to a climax.
After the meeting, all cadres and employees of the company will thoroughly understand and grasp the substance of the work report and the requirements Chairman Zhou Xinji set out for future work. In the new year, they will pool the strength of the whole workforce, refine their professional capabilities and temper their work style, pressing ahead without pause through wind and rain and striving towards a shared long-term goal. With a high sense of responsibility, firm confidence, vigorous fighting spirit and full enthusiasm, they will meet challenges and work together to accomplish the company’s targets for 2024 and its long-term vision.
