On the afternoon of 29 December 2023, in order to strengthen corporate culture, enrich employees’ cultural life during the holiday and enhance team cohesion, the company’s trade union organized a small-scale “Celebrating New Year’s Day, Welcoming the New Year” sports and cultural event in the activity room. More than 50 employees from various grassroots trade union branches took part in the event and celebrated the arrival of 2024 together.
At 1 p.m., employees of the various grassroots trade unions gathered together. It was freezing cold outside, but the venue was filled with warmth. The event featured a Guandan card tournament, men’s Chinese chess and a women’s Pictionary game. After teams were drawn by lot, the three contests got under way in the activity room. Everyone took an active part and cooperated tacitly, overcoming the winter chill with great enthusiasm; the venue was full of laughter and a joyful, harmonious atmosphere.
The event strengthened the bonds among employees and gave them a chance to relax after their busy work, so that they can return to their jobs with greater drive and contribute to the development of XINGI TECH.
