Company Undergoes On-Site Review for Nantong Municipal Enterprise Technology Center


On the morning of 18 December, the Nantong Municipal Enterprise Technology Center review expert panel conducted an on-site review and on-site verification of the company. Yanfeng Niu, Chief Engineer of the company and Dean of the XINGI TECH Research Institute, reported on the work of the Enterprise Technology Center on behalf of the company.

In his report, Mr. Niu gave a comprehensive account of the Enterprise Technology Center’s technological innovation, new product development and industry-university-research cooperation. The company attaches great importance to R&D and technological innovation, and sets aside R&D funds as a certain proportion of its actual sales revenue, giving strong support to R&D work. Relying on the XINGI TECH Research Institute, the Enterprise Technology Center closely focuses on the company’s development goals and actively carries out research and development of new products and new processes. Several lab-scale and pilot-scale test lines for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber are currently in place, with complete testing instruments that can meet the needs of various experiments and tests, providing strong support for the R&D and research work on UHMWPE fiber products and processes.

The review expert panel examined in detail the company’s Enterprise Technology Center application materials and evaluation data sheets, asked about the progress of the company’s R&D projects, and expressed approval of the Center’s technological innovation results.

Mr. Niu answered the experts’ questions one by one and thanked the panel for its suggestions. Taking this review as an opportunity, the technology center will further improve its technological innovation system, continuously strengthen its capacity for independent innovation, further step up R&D on UHMWPE fiber products and applications, enrich the company’s product and process libraries, and contribute to the company’s high-quality and sustainable development.
