At the signing ceremony, Chairman Zhou Xinji introduced the project and spoke highly of the location conditions and investment environment of Yangkougang Economic Development Zone. He said the company would firm up its confidence, seize opportunities, actively advance the construction of the project and strive to reach full production as soon as possible, so as to contribute to Rudong’s high-quality economic and social development.
The project signed this time, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of medium-strength ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, involves a total investment of RMB 1 billion and 71 mu of land. Once it reaches full production, annual sales revenue is expected to reach RMB 1.2 billion, with tax revenue of no less than RMB 300,000 per mu, adding new momentum to local economic and social development.
