On the evening of May 22, the award ceremony of the 6th Rudong Enterprise “Golden Bull Award” was successfully held, honoring 37 outstanding enterprises and 51 outstanding individuals that made exceptional contributions to Rudong’s economic and social development in 2022.
At 19:30, accompanied by waves of applause, the ceremony of the 6th Rudong Enterprise “Golden Bull Award” officially began. Representatives of the winning enterprises entered in succession, and Young Pioneers presented them with flowers.
This year’s “Golden Bull Award” featured four major categories: the Excellence Award for Tax Payments Exceeding RMB 100 Million, the Sustained Outstanding Contribution Award, the Outstanding Contribution Rising Star Award and the Innovation Award. In addition, three awards were presented: the second “Zhang Jian-style” Outstanding Entrepreneur, the Outstanding Senior Manager of a Rudong Enterprise and the Outstanding Non-Local Employee of a Rudong Enterprise.The company’s Chairman Zhou Xinji was named Rudong County’s second “Zhang Jian-style” Outstanding Entrepreneur (the only recipient), and the award was presented to him by a former senior leader of Jiangsu Province.
To carry forward the spirit of Zhang Jian and actively cultivate “Zhang Jian-style” entrepreneurs of the new era, the Rudong County authorities added the “Zhang Jian-style” Outstanding Entrepreneur award from the 5th Enterprise Golden Bull Awards onward, selecting only one recipient each time. The award focuses on outstanding entrepreneurs who have achieved remarkable results in continuously advancing corporate technological innovation, project investment, transformation and upgrading, becoming stronger and better and leading industry development; who have made outstanding contributions to the county’s fiscal revenue; who are highly representative, well recognized and widely influential in the county’s economic development; who are devoted to the country, the people, their families and their employees; and who actively take part in public welfare causes with a strong sense of responsibility for the nation and home.
Speaking emotionally upon receiving the award, Chairman Zhou said, In the face of the trials and challenges along the company’s development path, I have always taken Mr. Zhang Jian as a role model. Going forward, I will continue to practice Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit and lead the company in making new contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of the county.
