On May 18, XINGI TECH Co., Ltd. Chairman Zhou Xinji, at the invitation of Chairman Yang of Qingdao Jifa Group, visited the group’s Qingdao plant and held talks on the application and development prospects of the domestically leading new material ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber in apparel fabrics and finished garments.
Chairman Zhou first visited the sample showroom of Qingdao Jifa Group, where he learned about and inquired into the group’s products and services. He also gained a detailed understanding of the group’s development history and expressed admiration for the achievements it has made today.
After touring the showroom, Chairman Zhou and Chairman Yang discussed the application of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber in apparel fabrics and garment production and its market prospects, and exchanged views and opinions on new materials and new applications. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber is one of the world’s three major specialty fibers, and its excellent cooling performance and abrasion resistance have made this new material increasingly widely used in the textile market.
The talks deepened mutual understanding, and both sides hoped that each would continue to strengthen its overall corporate strength and raise its standing in the industry in the future, making greater contributions to economic development and to the fiber and textile industry.
