In order to enrich employees’ cultural and intellectual life and foster a sound reading atmosphere, XINGI TECH Trade Union decided after discussion to hold a book reading and sharing event in the activity room in the near future.
On the day of the event, reading enthusiasts from various departments of the company gathered in the activity room. Sitting around the spacious reading table, they took turns recommending good books, reading classic passages from them aloud and, drawing on their own work and life experience, talking about their thoughts and sharing their insights, speaking freely and truly putting into practice the idea of “gaining from reading and growing through sharing.”
This reading and sharing event fully aroused employees’ enthusiasm for loving books and reading good books, promoted the improvement of their own qualities and stimulated their inner drive to work with dedication. In the future, XINGI TECH will continue to create a warm and convenient reading environment for employees and build a better platform for them to keep learning and improve themselves.
