On 29 April, XINGI TECH Chairman Zhou Xinji and his delegation visited the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Knitting Technology at Jiangnan University to exchange views on a cooperative UHMWPE product R&D project. Professor Jiang Gaoming, Director of the center, Professor Cong Honglian, Deputy Director, and others took part in the discussion.
Before the meeting, Chairman Zhou Xinji and his delegation, accompanied by Professor Jiang Gaoming and Professor Cong Honglian, toured the center’s laboratories to learn in detail about the center’s R&D in knitting equipment technology and new products. At the meeting, the two sides put forward specific ideas on strengthening university-enterprise strategic cooperation and reached consensus on jointly establishing an academician workstation and training professional talent for the company.
Finally, Chairman Zhou Xinji said he hoped that through this close industry-academia-research cooperation the two sides could advance the application and promotion of UHMWPE in downstream end products.
