To celebrate International Women’s Day and create a healthy, harmonious and uplifting festive atmosphere, XINGI TECH‘s trade union decided after discussion to hold a flower-giving event and a tea party on 8 March.
From 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning, the company’s Women Workers’ Committee organized a distinctive flower-giving event at the company’s west gate, presenting beautiful flowers to every female employee with sincere holiday wishes. The fragrant flowers, the thoughtful wishes and the smiles of the female employees blended into touching “pictures”.
At one in the afternoon, female employee representatives from the workshops arrived early at the activity room, and the tea party began amid laughter and cheerful voices. Some formed teams of four to play cards and crack sunflower seeds; others gathered in small groups, chatting while enjoying snacks and fruit. Everyone was immersed in the joyful holiday atmosphere, thoroughly at ease.
By enriching the spiritual life of female employees and strengthening emotional bonds, the event also inspired them to throw themselves into their new work with greater enthusiasm and to continue playing their role as “half the sky”.
