To celebrate the upcoming International Workers’ Day and Youth Day, foster a good atmosphere in which labor is honored and hard work is valued, unite young and middle-aged employees and build cohesion for development, XINGI TECH organized a distinctive outdoor team-building activity on 27 April under the theme “Fearless Youth, Boundless Dreams”. The activity was arranged under the unified direction of the company’s CPC Party Committee and jointly organized by the company’s trade union and Youth League Committee. Shao Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the company’s CPC Party Committee and Chairman of its trade union, was present to give guidance.
The team-building activity was held at the Rudong Donghu Business and Leisure Service Area, which is fully equipped, well-appointed, attractively landscaped and attentive in service. At 9 a.m. on the 27th, participants signed in together, took a short break and then began the activity-packed team-building program. First, after warm-up exercises and team division, the three squads discussed and then presented on stage their team names, team flags and slogans. The squads then competed head to head indoors in frisbee matches and floor curling contests. Team members threw themselves into the games and showed off their skills, actively scoring points for their teams amid a lively atmosphere and constant laughter.
In the afternoon of that day, with shuttle transport and guidance from the staff of Donghu Business, participants took turns experiencing outdoor off-road motorcycles, water bikes, kayaks, small round boats and archery tag. Some took on the role of lone agents, others joined hands in pairs, and still others formed teams for treasure-hunt adventures. They fully experienced the speed and excitement of off-road motorcycles, enjoyed the beauty of the shimmering lake and the green reeds, and felt the joy of strategic thinking and team offense and defense. The day’s activities finally came to a close with everyone still wanting more.
This activity was a gesture of care from the company, giving employees a chance to relax and unwind after their busy work; an opportunity to deepen mutual acquaintance and bonds among young and middle-aged employees, especially newly recruited university graduates; and a vivid practice of the company’s people-oriented approach and its emphasis on cultivating young talent. It is hoped that the company’s many young and middle-aged employees will take a more active part in the various activities organized by the company, more proactively demonstrate their individual abilities and strengths, and jointly cultivate teamwork and cohesion, contributing the strength of the company’s new generation to building the company’s corporate culture brand and achieving high-quality development.
