On the morning of September 4, the company held a meeting between Chairman Zhou Xinji and university graduates who had joined since July 2024. Chairman Zhou Xinji and other key company leaders took part.
At the meeting, the 17 new graduates introduced themselves one by one and shared with everyone their reflections on nearly two months of work at the company and their plans for the next stage. The key leaders present also shared their experience with the graduates based on their own careers.
Chairman Zhou Xinji delivered an important speech. He first welcomed the graduates to the XINGI TECH family, saying that their arrival had brought vitality and vigor to the company. The Chairman stressed that talent is the company’s future and hope and that corporate development is inseparable from talent; for an enterprise to cut through obstacles and stand at the forefront in an era of fierce competition, it needs a talent team that is loyal to the company, brave in striving, bold in innovating, outstanding in ability and selflessly dedicated. It is precisely because batch after batch of outstanding talent has worked hard in their respective positions, sweated and applied their wisdom that XINGI TECH has achieved what it has today. Looking to the future, building a century-old enterprise requires continued support from and impetus by talent. In the past, present and future alike, XINGI TECH will always value the cultivation and development of talent and provide talent with broad room for development and generous remuneration. The Chairman also asked every graduate to actively devote themselves to their work, continuously improve their professional skills and grow and progress together with the company.
The Chairman put forward four hopes for the new graduates:
First, keep learning. Whether at school or at work, learning is an important way to improve oneself. One should keep learning and continuously enhance one’s professional quality.
Second, be bold in innovating. Innovation is the soul of corporate development and the key to personal development. One should be bold in trying new things and in breaking through one’s own limits, bringing new momentum to the company’s development.
Third, teamwork. In modern society, the ability to work in a team is very important. One should set aside personal prejudices, actively cooperate with colleagues and jointly accomplish the company’s goals.
Fourth, be proactive. At work, one should maintain a positive attitude, have the drive to advance and the spirit of never giving up, and constantly challenge oneself to make greater contributions to the company’s development.
Finally, the Chairman stressed that the graduates are all talent with a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility, and that they will certainly be able to realize their life value on the XINGI TECH stage and contribute to the company’s development. The Chairman called on everyone to work together to create an even more brilliant tomorrow for XINGI TECH.
