To enhance employees’ awareness and understanding of QC circle activities and improve work quality and efficiency, on September 6 the Quality Inspection Department of XINGI TECH held a QC circle knowledge training session in the company’s third-floor conference hall. The training introduced in detail the definition and characteristics of QC circles and explained the basic procedures of QC circle activities. Through analysis of practical cases, participants gained a deeper understanding of the specific methods and points for attention at each step. The training highlighted commonly used QC tools such as stratification, cause-and-effect diagrams, histograms and control charts, and demonstrated how to use these tools correctly for data collection, analysis and problem solving. Through this training, participants gained a clearer understanding of the concept, characteristics and activity procedures of QC circles and mastered the use of commonly used QC tools, laying a foundation for carrying out QC circle activities in the future. To encourage everyone to actively take part in QC circle activities and apply what they had learned to their practical work, the company held a QC circle achievement presentation contest during “Quality Month” in September. Workshops and departments could apply advanced quality management methods and organize mass-based efforts to tackle quality issues. The Quality Inspection Department will subsequently organize regular experience-sharing sessions on QC circle activities and commend and promote outstanding QC circle results, thereby promoting the common progress of teams and stimulating everyone’s enthusiasm for innovation.
