From September 3 to 5, the Human Resources Department organized intensive training at the company headquarters for university graduates who had joined since July 2024. Seventeen graduates from universities including Hohai University, China University of Mining and Technology, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Jiangsu University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Yangzhou University and Nantong University took part in the three-day training.
Colleagues from the Human Resources Department, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the Quality Inspection Department and the Equipment Operation and Management Department gave the new graduates focused instruction on courses including “Company Overview and Future Plans”, “Corporate Culture”, “Rules and Regulations”, “Safety Management”, “Quality Management” and “Equipment Management”, and organized an examination. After the training, the Human Resources Department took the new graduates to visit three production plants — the company’s Coastal Economic Development Zone production base, its subsidiary Jiangsu XINGI TECH New Material Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Jiangsu XINGI TECH High-Performance Fiber Products Co., Ltd. — as well as the installation site of the expansion project, so that the new graduates could gain first-hand experience of the company’s strong momentum of vigorous development and be encouraged to devote themselves to their own work, keep their feet on the ground, work hard, dare to strive, be good at innovation and dare to break through their own limits, so as to fully apply their talents on the company’s broad stage, realize their life value and make due contributions to the company’s high-quality development.
