From September 27 to 29, 2024, the first XINGI TECH Cup Basketball Invitational Tournament tipped off at the Rudong North Shore Basketball Arena. The tournament was organized and planned by the XINGI TECH Corporate Culture Development Leading Group, aiming to showcase the team spirit of “Harmonious Coexistence, Moving Forward Together” and to promote the corporate spirit of “Pragmatism, Innovation, Collaboration, Win-Win”.
A total of eight teams were invited to compete: the Rudong County Fire and Rescue Brigade, Zhejiang Mingmou Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd., the Yangkougang Economic Development Zone, the Rudong County Market Supervision Administration, the Rudong County Taxation Bureau, the Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone, the Rudong Economic Development Zone, and host XINGI TECH Co., Ltd. Basketball teams from various industries and regions gathered together, bringing the audience one thrilling match after another.
On the court, the players were full of energy and fighting spirit. They dribbled like the wind, passed with precision and shot decisively, and every move demonstrated superb basketball skill and a tenacious will to compete. Fast breaks, drives, defense and three-pointers — spectacular moments came one after another, drawing cheers and applause from the spectators.
All the teams gave full play to the spirit of teamwork, coordinating closely and encouraging one another. Whether attacking or defending, they went all out and fought hard for victory. Every match was full of suspense and passion, and no one could be sure of the outcome until the final moment. In the end, after three days of exciting competition, the Rudong County Fire and Rescue Brigade, XINGI TECH Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Mingmou Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd. won the championship, the runner-up title and third place respectively.
This year marks the inaugural year of corporate culture development at XINGI TECH. Going forward, XINGI TECH will continue to carry out a diverse range of corporate culture practice activities, encouraging all employees to take part in corporate culture development and to broadly identify with the core values the company advocates, thereby enhancing team cohesion and effectiveness and promoting the healthy and long-term development of the company.
