XINGI TECH holds the third session of its first Employees' Congress and the 2024 annual summary and commendation conference

On the afternoon of January 20, 2025, the third session of the first Employees’ Congress of XINGI TECH and the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference were successfully held in the conference hall on the third floor. All company leaders, employee representatives, the chief employees and lifetime chief employees commended for 2024, and outstanding team leaders attended the conference. The conference was chaired by Shao Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee and Chairman of the trade union.

The conference had six agenda items. First, General Manager Zhu Jianjun delivered the 2024 administrative work report to the congress on behalf of the company’s management. Next, trade union Chairman Shao Haiquan reported to the congress on the implementation of the collective contract for 2024 and on the amendments for 2025. Then General Manager Zhu Jianjun read out the 2024 commendation decisions and an award ceremony was held. After that, Chairman Zhou Xinji delivered an important speech. Finally, the congress voted to adopt the resolution of this Employees’ Congress.

At the meeting, Chairman Zhou Xinji delivered an important speech in which he stressed: first, firm up confidence and overcome difficulties, and work with a striving attitude to implement the company’s development strategy; second, solidify the foundation and pursue new quality, and take pragmatic action to consolidate the company’s development advantages; third, pursue innovation through change and seek coexistence through competition and cooperation, and use innovative measures to expand the company’s room for development; fourth, tap internal potential and combine learning, thinking, reflection and practice, and break through the company’s development bottlenecks by improving quality; fifth, strengthen compliance and tighten control, and defuse operational risks with a sense of reverence.

The conference called on all cadres and employees to act immediately, to gain a deep understanding of the administrative work report and of the requirements Chairman Zhou Xinji set out for future work, to further recognize the situation, firm up confidence, innovate their thinking and seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and forge ahead, and to adopt a development perspective and an overall perspective. They should face up to the difficulties on the road ahead and have the courage to press on despite them and to take on risks; they should work hard in silence and also uphold the collaborative spirit of pooling wisdom and strength and uniting as one. With a high sense of responsibility, full confidence, vigorous fighting spirit and abundant enthusiasm, they should face challenges squarely and forge ahead with courage, making new and greater contributions to the achievement of the company’s guidelines and goals for 2025.
